Ok, I have definitely talked a lot on reflective theory, so it is very long but I wanted to get all my ideas across on the different methods of reflecting. I got a little confused on certain sections like knowledge, but after re-reading and looking at other blogs, I believe that I finally gained knowledge on knowledge! (see what I mean). Anyway, please have a read, I would be grateful for any comments, even if you don't get all the way through it.
